The MGconnect foundation and its stakeholders have been working on projects dealing with the transition from school to work for about 10 years. The projects are designed to get young people excited about their future working life at an early age. They explain to students why doing well at school is a worthwhile endeavour and help them choose a degree course or apprenticeship.
The foundation’s services for students includes projects such as the USB-Future-Sticks for career guidance, the provision of so-called Codino boxes to learn to code or support of student laboratories like the LEGO Studio at the Franz Meyers grammar school, the CPS student laboratory for IT security at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences and support of the CodeClub MG.
To make sure that such projects can run in the long term, the MGconnect foundation relies on external support. As it is a certified non-profit foundation under civil law, donations to the foundation are tax deductible. All donors will be issued with the relevant proof of donation.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the foundation’s board of directors (David Bongartz and Axel Tillmanns) on 02161 8237976 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are happy to meet up to discuss the possibilities of a business partnership.
