Regiopark intercommunal industrial estate

In recent years, the Regiopark industrial estate in the south of Mönchengladbach has developed into a premiere location for the logistics industry.

A large number of global players, including Zalando, Esprit and DHL / Primark, benefit from the excellent conditions for the logistics industry of the 120-hectare intercommunal industrial estate of the city of Mönchengladbach and the municipality of Jüchen. As well as the direct motorway connection (A 61), the local companies benefit above all from Mönchengladbach’s favourable location: Located in the heart of Europe, the region’s most important conurbations and logistics hubs such as the airports of Düsseldorf and Cologne/Bonn are within easy reach.

Together with the neighbouring Güdderath industrial estate, the Regiopark is Mönchengladbach’s largest continuous industrial estate. The Güdderath industrial estate, which covers around 70 hectares, is also home to many top players in the logistics industry, including DHL, Federal Express, Nippon Express Deutschland and Raben Logistics.
